My name is Indya Murphy, and I’m reaching out with a heart that is both heavy and full of love.

I am raising funds for my niece’s mother, Saida Jones, a woman whose presence was as gentle as it was powerful. Saida fought a long, courageous battle, carrying herself with a quiet strength that inspired everyone around her. Even in her hardest moments, she remained soft, loving, and full of grace, the kind of woman whose light lingers long after she’s gone.

To know Saida was to feel warmth. She was love in its purest form nurturing, resilient, and deeply rooted in care for her family. She showed up, she poured into others, and she fought with everything she had.

She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, her amazing daughter, Aarya, who carries so much of her light; her mother; her sister; and a village of family and friends who were deeply touched by her presence. Her love stretches far beyond what words can hold, and her absence is felt just as deeply.

Now, we are coming together to honor her life and lay her to rest with the dignity and peace she deserves.
