In Loving Memory of Rosie Abt

We are heartbroken to share that our dear childhood friend, Rosie, passed away on Monday, March 30th, surrounded by her loved ones, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was only 53, and her loss has left a space in our lives that can never be filled.

Rosie was truly one of a kind — outgoing, sharp witted, and so much fun to be around. She had this effortless way of turning ordinary moments into memories, whether we were laughing until our stomachs hurt or getting swept up in one of her bold, crazy ideas. She didn’t drink often, but when she did, she loved her Midori Sours — a little detail that perfectly captured her playful, colorful spirit. Her friends meant everything to her, and she made sure we always felt loved and included.

As we come together to honor her life, we want to support her family during this incredibly difficult time. The costs associated with her service, memorial arrangements, and the unexpected burdens that follow a loss like this are significant. Our goal is to ease that weight so her family can focus on grieving, healing, and celebrating the beautiful person she was.

We — her lifelong friends — are asking for your help. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward her service and supporting her loved ones as they navigate the days ahead.
