Celebrating Roderick Cook's Resilient Spirit

Dear family and friends,

I am writing to share the heartbreaking news of the passing of my beloved father, Roderick

Cook. He passed away peacefully at his home on New Year’s Eve .

My father was an incredible man, strong, courageous, and full of love. He faced 20+ years of

health challenges with unwavering faith and determination. He overcame cancer, received a

heart stent over 24 years ago, and continued fighting bravely until his final moments. He truly

embodied resilience and grace, and we are grateful for the time we had with him.

As we come to terms with this loss, my family is faced with the financial burden of honoring his

memory. The costs include moving my father’s body between funeral homes, cremation, and

organizing a meaningful service to celebrate his life.
