Celebrating Rico's Life with His Loved Ones

Ricardo (Rico) Alfredo Espinoza met his sunset on Monday, January 27, 2025. While driving from Utah to California, he was in a fatal single-car accident in Nevada. He was 38 years old and lived a beautiful, adventure-filled life.

Among his many adventures was living in Utah with his wife, Citlali Espinoza, and their precious fur babies. He had decided to move back to San Francisco, California, to start a new chapter and reconnect with many family members and friends.

As his family, we want to help Rico fulfill his final chapter and bring him home to San Francisco so he can rest peacefully among those who love him.

We would like to ask for your support with the cost of his transportation and celebration of life services. This will allow all of his loved ones to come together and celebrate his joyful spirit. Anything will help and we thank you for your love, support, and good wishes.

Rico is most famously known for being a triplet. He'd always say, "I'm the oldest," though, they were moments apart. In that nature, he was the funny one. He is survived by a big and beautiful family, including his wife, Citlali; abuelos, Eduardo and Hermelinda; mother, Sussana; siblings, Roberto, Ruben, Bianca, Marcella, Ricky, Monique, and Divina; and his fur babies, Tulio, Miguel, Frankie, and Cloe.
