Cynthia Saucedo, the owner of Hearts and Paws Rescue Inc, pours her love, energy, and time into her local rescue here in San Angelo!!! She has rescued hundreds of dogs in our community, and we want to ensure that her rescue can continue to help the dumped, neglected, and stray dogs of this city. For her ONE YEAR rescue anniversary, we are hoping to raise funds for a new rescue building!! This will help her to continue her mission and save more of our city’s most vulnerable furbabies.
