On April 10th, 2026, Omosere "Omo" Abifarin peacefully ended her courageous 13-year battle with cancer. She was 55 years old.

Omo was the beloved wife of Kunle Abifarin and devoted mother to their three sons — Seun, Deji, and Zie. To know Omo was to be changed by her. A pillar of her church community, she led with quiet strength and boundless compassion. She was the person everyone called when life got heavy — offering a listening ear, a word of encouragement, and faithful, covering prayer to hundreds of people throughout her life.

Her passing has left a collective hole in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
