Celebrating Olivia’s Life and Legacy

Hello, I want to introduce the most beautiful woman I know, my mother Olivia. She not only gave me life, she gave me unconditional love in every moment of my life. Now with a heart filled with her love, I as her eldest daughter walk alongside her journey of end of life.
My mom fought against cancer for a year with the best attitude and strength, always telling she was not afraid to die, her only worry was her four children, especially her youngest son who is just 13 years old. She inspired me every day with her positivity, despite all the uncertainty. I wish with all my heart I didn’t have to write this, that the outcome was another, yet I know God’s plans are perfect and so did my beautiful mother. She would always tell me to pray to God for more time because her only wish was to see her youngest baby grow up just like she saw me and my sisters grow into beautiful young ladies. Unfortunately, God knew she was deserving of peace and rest sooner than she wished for. I have to admit, my mom’s prayers were always answered the way she petitioned them, so I also believed this time would be no different. December 4th, 2025 was her last chemotherapy, before a sharp decline, and despite the fast changes, I held hope that at any point God would turn things around and heal my mom. Today, January 1st, 2025, after welcoming the New Year with me, she took her last breath. I love her so much and God, for they waited for me to spend one last Christmas and New Years with her. Now I have to plan my mom’s celebration of life, and as time continues to move fast, I want to take a moment to slow down and thank anyone for any help and contribution towards this difficult time for me and my family. We appreciate any financial help, as well as any prayers for our continued strength and unity through this.

Psalm 23:4, "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me"
