Hello friends and family of Norman R. Straube,

My name is Christopher Straube, Norman’s brother. Norman wanted me to create this GoFundMe, it is with extreme sadness and a heavy heart that I write this. As you all may know, Norman’s battle with cancer has been a long and hard journey. Norman has fought with every fiber of his being throughout it all, never giving up, never losing faith, and at the same time being an amazing father to two children, an amazing brother, and friend.

Finding the correct words to write this isn’t easy.

But it is with a heavy heart we share with you today that Norman’s battle with cancer has ended. Norman was  surrounded by family, all of us at his side during this moment.

On top of all this we found out that Norman’s life insurance policy was canceled due to him not being able to keep up with the payments. We now face the grueling reality, as I am asking for your help, more than ever…. With your help each donation will be going towards his funeral. Anything at all helps; all we want is to be able to give him a proper funeral & to help his family. Even sharing this post with others who may be able to help would be greatly appreciated.

We as his family just want to thank you all. Thank you to anyone who ever shared a moment with Norman—a smile, a laugh, a conversation. To all his friends, he loves you all so much.
