My grandmother, Myriam Rosa Parra, passed away on the morning of January 20th, 2026. She was a devout Christian through and through, with only love in her heart for everyone and everything. For years, she taught CPR, cared for children as a day care provider, opened her home as a foster mother, and welcomed anyone in need of a place to stay. She was the most nurturing, caring, and compassionate person I will ever know.
Myriam dedicated her life to helping others, always putting her family and community first. Her kindness touched countless lives, and her legacy of love and generosity will never be forgotten. As we mourn her loss, we want to honor her memory in a way that reflects the warmth and care she gave to so many. I pray the world recognizes her beautiful time on this earth and that the heavens embrace her gorgeous soul.
We are reaching out to friends, family, and anyone whose life was touched by Myriam. The funds raised will help us cover funeral expenses and give her the beautiful celebration of life she deserves. Any support you can offer, whether through a donation or by sharing this fundraiser, means the world to us. Thank you very much. Gracias y que Dios te bendiga.
