Michele touched the lives of everyone she met. On April 10th, after a courageous 2.5-year battle with pancreatic cancer, the Lord called her home to join her mother in Heaven. Michele wore many hats in life—she was a devoted mom, loving partner, cherished sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and a most loyal friend. She was the kind of person who always put others first, working tirelessly to make her loved ones feel celebrated and special no matter the occasion. She loved showing up for and cheering on her people, and especially her favorite sports team, the Phillies. She also loved playing poker and even learned to be a professional poker dealer, making so many friends along the way.
To honor Michele, we are organizing a celebration of her life and commemorative poker tournament in her name—a tradition we hope to continue each year. This event will bring together friends, family, and all those whose lives Michele touched, giving us a chance to share stories, laughter, and love in her memory.
We sincerely thank you for your support to help us honor our beloved Michele and keep her beautiful spirit alive in all of our hearts.
