Luke and I have been dating for 4 years, and I gained a second family with his. This has been a very long and hard month for us, and now comes the process of celebrating Luke. He's an amazing person, but we were unprepared for this and need help paying for everything. It doesn't have to be much; anything that can be spared would help us.
