One year ago, I was told I had 6–9 months to live. The cancer had spread, and my life changed in an instant. What followed was a year filled with chemotherapy, hospital visits, uncertainty, and a fight I never imagined I would face.
Today, I got to ring the bell, a moment I was never promised to reach.
Cancer affects far more than just health. This journey has brought significant personal and financial challenges including reduced income, transportation, recovery needs, and everyday living expenses that don’t stop during treatment.
This GoFundMe is a way to celebrate this milestone while supporting my continued recovery and rebuilding. Contributions will help cover everyday living needs, household expenses, and other costs that come with moving forward after chemotherapy.
Thank you for celebrating this moment with me and for being part of a story I never thought I’d be able to share.
