Laura Mae Lee leaves behind a legacy of love in her three children—Nicole, Theresa, and Jeffery—and a large, devoted family. As a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, her greatest joy was always her family. Her memory will be cherished by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, and a wide circle of extended family and friends. Laura was a multi-time cancer survivor who faced every challenge with strength and resilience. Her generous spirit touched everyone she met; she was always ready to help others, no matter the circumstance. Her passions were simple and heartfelt: she loved her games and was a fiercely loyal Minnesota Vikings fan, cheering them on every season. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew her.

To honor Laura’s life, we’re hosting a Vikings-themed Celebration of Life on October 12th at the North St. Paul VFW Post 1350. We invite everyone to wear purple and gold, share food at our potluck, and raise a glass in her memory. This gathering will be a chance for family and friends to come together, share stories, and celebrate the wonderful woman Laura was.

We’re raising funds to help cover the costs of cremation, the venue, food, and other arrangements for the celebration. Your support will also help us clean out Laura’s apartment and pay an extra month’s rent, giving our family time to sort through her belongings and honor her memory with care. Any contribution will make a meaningful difference as we come together to remember Laura and support her family during this time.
