After over 40 years of dedicated service, Joy Kershaw, our dear coworker, senior paralegal and a member of the legal team is retiring. Although Joy and I have never met in person, we've worked together for over 13 years and built a strong connection. Her commitment and the countless hours she has devoted to our team, including many days and weekends, have left a lasting impact on all of us. Joy's dedication and exceptional teamwork have truly set her apart.

Joy is the force that helped bring many Pharma agreements to completion, ensuring our team's success and the company's growth. Beyond her work ethic, Joy is known for her thoughtfulness - she even remembered my dog's birthday, a small gesture that meant a lot to me. Joy also brought fun and camaraderie to our team by sending Beatles trivia to Barry and me, as we are all Beatles fans. These personal touches have made our workplace feel more like a family, even from a distance.

To honor Joy Kershaw's incredible career and contributions, the Specialty Trade team is organizing a retirement gift in the form of a gift card. This will allow Joy the flexibility to choose her own adventure, whether it's a dream vacation or a day in a spa. We hope this gift will show our appreciation for her hard work and dedication.

Erin Coppola will deliver the gift card and the book: 150 Glimpses of the Beatles (provided by Barry) to Joy during her retirement dinner in Scottsdale on June 11th. Additionally, I will send an electronic gift card for everyone to sign, which will be delivered to Joy via email.
