Our hearts are heavy as we share the loss of JoAnn Barrera, a woman who meant the world to so many. JoJo was the kind of person who showed up for everyone. Whether you were family by blood or simply someone in need of a little love, she had a way of making you feel at home. She wasn't just a mother to her own children, she was a second mom to anyone who needed one.

JoAnn absolutely adored her family. She was a proud mother, a devoted auntie, and a loving grandma through and through. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy, she lit up whenever they were around. Whether she was spoiling them, laughing with them, or just watching them, those were the moments that truly made her heart full.

She was strong, funny, and had a stubborn streak that made her even more lovable. You always knew where she stood, and she could make you laugh even in the toughest times. Her faith in God was her foundation, and we take comfort in knowing she's now in heaven, probably joking around, smiling that big beautiful smile, and living her best life with peace and joy.

As a family, we're not use to asking for help, especially like this. But we want to give our JoJo the sendoff she truly deserves. A farewell field with love, dignity, and the same warmth she gave so freely to everyone around her.
