We are raising funds to support John’s Celebration of Life, a chance for family, friends, and all who knew him to come together and honour the incredible person he was.
John was kind, thoughtful, and deeply caring. Every year, when I (his wife) asked him what he wanted for his birthday or Christmas, his answer was always the same: he wanted money to be given to charity instead. It was something that truly reflected his heart and the way he lived his life, always thinking of others.
The funds raised will go towards the venue and food, helping to create a welcoming space where everyone can come together, remember him, and feel supported.
As many of you know John was living with epilepsy. As part of the Celebration we'll be making a donation to the charity Epilepsy Society, the UK's largest for this disease. Any additional support will also help me prepare for the arrival of our baby, something that carries John’s love forward in such a meaningful way.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and for helping us celebrate John in a way that reflects who he truly was. We look forward to seeing you at this celebration sometime in May in Central London.
