Hello, my name is Stephani Ramstetter. I am the eldest daughter of John R. Prochnow who unexpectedly passed away on January 26, 2026 after suffering a massive heart attack two weeks prior. His doctors worked tirelessly to get him into stable condition and start to heal his body and brain. However, after a procedure he needed, he did not recover. His prognosis before this procedure was looking so promising so his death really took all of us by complete surprise.

John unfortunately did not have any arrangements in place in an event like this leaving his family, mainly his three daughters and his long-time girlfriend, responsible for expenses. We would love to be able to have him cremated and hold a memorial service for him. He was so loved by so many and deserves to be celebrated.
