Hi everyone! My name is Payton and I am the granddaughter of Jerry Marcum. I am helping to create this GoFundMe to help support the financial aspect of his passing. Jerry’s passing was very sudden and unexpected. He did not have any retirement or life insurance to help. We are facing a loss of income for our household. All monetary assistance will go towards funeral expenses with addition to any outstanding financial expenses he had.

To anyone who knew him would know that he would help anyone in need. He loved all of his friends and family. Jerry had severe COPD, but overcame many medical obstacles that were upon him. Even being in and out of the hospital he did not let this stop him from making memories with us and being in good spirit! Jerry was a jokester, always wanting to make folks laugh. He had many friends throughout facebook that he kept in touch with and talk to us often about. Not only to us, but to everyone he was family, a friend - a brother. I know right now he is laughing loud and loving even harder from Heaven.
