My father, Jeffrey Oscarson, passed away suddenly on September 19th, 2025.

My dad was a man who found joy in the simplest moments - good company, the outdoors, and all the little things the world had to offer. To honor his life, I'm planning to dedicate a Tribute Tree at The Morton Arboretum.

The Arboretum was always a special place for him, one that reflected much of what he loved most: the calm of nature, the quiet joy of watching birds, and the sense of peace that came from simply being surrounded by life. This Tribute Tree will serve as a lasting symbol of his life and the impact he had on those who knew him - a place where family and friends can visit, reflect, and honor his memory.
