Support the Legacy of Inez – A Mother, Grandmother & Best Friend

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Inez — a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and my best friend of 54 years.

Inez was officially diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in early April. In just under three months, she transitioned and gained her heavenly wings. Her departure was swift and unexpected, leaving all of us — her family, friends, and loved ones — in deep grief and with very little time to prepare.

She leaves behind three incredible sons — Quincy, Christian, and Jamal — and two beautiful grandsons, who were the light of her life. As we begin to navigate life without her, we are committed to honoring her legacy with the love and dignity she deserves.

This GoFundMe is being created to help support the costs associated with Inez’s homegoing celebration, take care of essential final expenses, and — most importantly — create a small fund for the ongoing support of her grandchildren.

We ask for your help — with whatever you can afford — in supporting this family during an unimaginably difficult time. Your donation will allow Inez’s family to grieve without the added stress of financial burdens, and to honor her memory in a way that reflects the deep love and care she poured into everyone she touched.
