Celebrating Herbert's Life and Legacy

Herbert Rich Halley Parks passed away this past week on May 22, 2025 being out in nature doing something he loved. He is survived by his family, friends and children whom he loved with all his heart. This GoFundMe is to help with any cost associated with expenses the family may encounter while they plan his celebration of life and grieve his passing.
