Dorian was my husband. He recently passed away, just shy of his 36th birthday, due to a rare medical condition he was born with called an AVM. He is survived by myself and our two small daughters.

I have received an outpouring of love and prayers throughout this transition in our lives. Many people have asked what they can do to help.

Dorian's ICU care has created an enormous expense. He had medical insurance but it won't cover everything due to his pre-existing condition.
