Honoring David Banales, Our Beloved Brother

I am Lisa Rohletter. Our brother, David Banales, was tragically struck by a car and killed Monday, April 7th, 2025, in Victorville, CA. The sudden passing of our 61-year-old brother has been an emotional roller coaster full of pain, anxiety, and brokenness for me, my sister, and our family members. But what gives me great comfort is that I keep seeing his big smile. He was always smiling no matter what he was going through.

My brother was lost, sad, and heartbroken beyond grief the last 5 years since our mother passed away unexpectedly on Easter Sunday 2019. It was hard; he was never the same again. Our poor brother suffered so much all these years. He is suffering no more.

I am a strong Christian woman, strong in my faith. He is with the Lord, resting with Mom. He is suffering no more. I just want to celebrate him and put him to rest like he deserved, celebrating his life. Every donation, no matter how small, will help ease this burden. Thank you.
