Celebrating a True Harlem Diva
My sister Joy Blanding lived up to her name. She Truly was a joy even when she was being a pain. She lived life to the fullest. Everything she did was grand, from her generosity to her style of dress. She loved life and she loved people. You could drop joy anywhere and she would make a friend for life. People genuinely loved her. I loved her. My sister was super talented. She had an excellent eye for fashion and was always seen dressed to the nines with her precious pup Princess Liberty. My sister was the opitemy of “the Bougie Aunt” Meme,
always show stopping. Her talents also included cooking. OMG! if you’ve eaten her food you know exactly what im talking about…. It was soooo good and she looooved to feed people.
The passing of my sweet, spicy and strong sister was sudden and no-one could have ever prepared for it. My family and I take comfort in knowing that she was loved by so many who wished they had more time to share life and laughs with her.
To all who view this campaign I am asking for prayers and donations in hopes of helping my family and I grieve without the burden and worry of expenses in this tragic time.We want to celebrate a life LIVED. No donation is too small. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated. Proceeds will go to her funeral expenses as well as her repass. Any remaining money will go in a trust for her very 1st grandchild whom she doted to anyone who would listen. Thanks in advance for all your well wishes, prayers, and donations.
