Celebrating 50 Years by Giving Back: Help the Homeless & Elderly
As I reach my 50th birthday (21st November), I find myself reflecting on the many blessings and experiences that have shaped my life. One of the greatest influences has been my mum, who taught me from a very young age to care for the elderly and those in need. As a young boy, I spent my time helping older neighbours—doing their gardening, carrying their shopping on my bicycle, and simply making time for them. At my church, we were encouraged to serve others with kindness and humility, values that have stayed with me throughout my life.
Over the years, that spirit of giving has guided me. In London, I took part in charity runs supporting children in need, maintained community gardens, and helped elderly residents. Today, in my own community, I continue to support older people—driving them to do their grocery shopping and offering help whenever I can.
Turning 50 feels like a unique milestone, and I want to celebrate it in a meaningful way: by giving back to those who truly need support.
My Birthday Wish
This year, I hope to:
1. Help 50 homeless people in and around Paris during the winter months
Your contributions will provide:
Warm clothing
Essential winter items
Restaurant vouchers so they can enjoy a hot meal nearby
2. Create a community support program for the elderly in my home village in Goa
This initiative will focus on bringing people together and reducing loneliness by organising:
Community gatherings for all ages
Picnics and tea-time meetups
Quiz evenings and recreational events
Counselling sessions
Home visits to check on elderly residents and offer companionship
My goal is to create a safe, warm, and social space where seniors feel valued, supported, and never alone.
How You Can Help
I humbly ask my family, friends, clients, and well-wishers to help make this 50th birthday wish come true. Every contribution—big or small—will make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your generosity and support.
Together, we can turn this milestone into a moment of kindness, connection, and hope.
THANK YOU
