My birthday is coming up very soon and this year I wanted to do something I haven't done before. In January of 2022, I had to witness one of my best of friend's take his own life right in front of me. I was never prepared for affects it would have on my ENTIRE life; mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and permanently. Though I HAVE healed, there will ALWAYS be the scars to make sure I can never forget.

So, I would like to ask you to help me have a small chance of helping others...

This organization not only does SO much to help prevent suicide by giving education in schools and to first responders, stigma reduction and more but they ALSO offer extensive help to those who are suffering from PTSD and severe grief from having lost a loved one to suicide.

They are called the Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE).
