WE DID IT!
After months of hard work, countless hours of practice, and a season filled with grit, teamwork, and heart, our Windham High Schools Girls Lacrosse team has made history by winning the first ever State Championship. They were not even considered a team to watch at the beginning of the season but week by week and game by game they continued to dominate and with the exception of the loss of their very first game they had a perfect season!!
Now we want to give these incredible female athletes a lasting symbol of their achievement by getting them state championship rings.
Championship rings are a high school tradition and will serve as a reminder of a moment when they gave it their all and worked together selfishly to win the state title. A memory that will stay with them forever.
Rings are expensive and is not covered by the school or the athletic department and not every family can afford the expense. That is why we are hoping to raise $6500. To cover the cost of the rings for every player and coach.
Whether you’re a friend, family member, alum, or an avid sports fan, thank you for being a part of their journey!
