Victor Raymond Yslas
November 2, 1955 – November 3, 2025
Victor Raymond Yslas was born in San Pedro, California, on November 2, 1955. He lived a life defined by love, dedication, and family. Victor graduated from Banning High School in Wilmington, CA, in 1973 and proudly served his country by joining the U.S. Army in 1980.
After his military service, Victor built a long and successful career working in the Wilmington refineries, ultimately concluding his career at the same refinery where his grandfather once worked—a testament to his strong roots and commitment to hard work.
