Hi! My name is Noel and I am fundraising for the sudden passing of my father in law. Vaughn touched the lives of many with his charismatic personality, caring heart and contagious laugh. He loved his grandkids more than anything in this world. He also love cars, bird watching, gardening and the 49ers. Unfortunately on July 28th he passed away.
