It is with great sorrow in my heart that I share with you that on Sunday, September 14th, our beloved Tyler Alexander Jackson was tragically taken from us. Tyler was more than a son, father, cousin, and friend; he was a light in every room he entered, and he was deeply loved by his countless brothers and sisters.

Tyler lived life with a rhythm and energy all his own. He was an artist, a dancer, a rapper a soul who expressed himself boldly and beautifully. Music was the heartbeat of his life. Whether he was rapping, dancing, or just vibing with those around him, he carried a soundtrack of joy, creativity, and passion everywhere he went. His character and smile was contagious, inspirational and magical, that of no other.

Always fresh, always full of laughter, always proud of his San Jose Bay Area roots, Tyler’s positivity, his unique style, and his boundless love for life will never be forgotten.

As we prepare to honor his life, we are humbly asking for support to cover the costs of his celebration of life including the hall, food, and the unexpected expenses that come with laying a loved one to rest.

Any contribution, big or small, will help us give Tyler the farewell he deserves, surrounded by love, music, family, friends and community.

All remaining funds will go directly to Jenny, to help her care for the children my brother left behind. She is facing a difficult road ahead. The financial support will help her to rebuild stability and provide a safe, nurturing home for her and the children my brother left behind.
