It is with great sadness and heartbreak that we have to write this: we lost a great woman who was the anchor to our whole family. Socorro Solorio or as many who knew and loved her would call her, “Nana Choco” passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025.

My mom had the biggest heart and brought smiles to everyone she met. She was everyone’s grandma, that’s how kind and loving she was. She will be so deeply missed.

We love you mom and thank you everyone for your support during this time. No contribution is too small: financial support, loving words, prayers are all so very appreciated. Thank you all again

Con gran tristeza y dolor, tenemos que escribir esto: perdimos a una gran mujer que fue el pilar de toda nuestra familia. Socorro Solorio, o como muchos que la conocieron y amaron la llamaban, "Nana Choco", falleció el Viernes 14 de Marzo del 2025.

Mi mamá tenía un corazón enorme y alegraba a todos los que la conocían. Era la abuela de todos; así de amable y cariñosa era. La extrañaremos muchísimo.

Te queremos, mamá, y gracias a todos por su apoyo durante este tiempo. Ninguna contribución es pequeña: el apoyo financiero, las palabras de cariño y las oraciones son muy apreciadas. Gracias a todos de nuevo
