My name is William Meyer, and I'm fundraising for John "Griz" Gryzbowski and his family in order to pay tribute to him and his life. The picture you see is the man many people have met on the highway, in motorcycle shops and roads less traveled. Griz is a devout family man who cherished his wife and son and will continue to watch over them all of their days. Griz is a Marine, a friend and a brother. He has helped countless people throughout his life. I promised Griz I would help his family transition when he left us and I will stay true to my word. John saved me from myself several times in our long friendship, and I am honored that he asked me to help. If you know Griz, have met or heard of Griz then you know every story about him is true. He is bigger than life. He envelopes the room and makes every conversation you have with him leave you feeling as if he showed up just to see you.
