My name is Andrea Collins and as many of you may have heard, I lost my husband James "Cookie" Collins unexpectedly Monday morning, Nov 10th. This has been one of thee most hardest and most devastating moments in my life. Cookie was not just my husband, head and will always been my world. Just writing this is breaking my heart even more. I never imagined that I would ever have to bury him. This was not in our plans, but God had other plans, one of which I will never understand. Cookie was loved and respected by so many people and will most definitely be missed. He was pillar to the community and was always willing to go above and beyond to help anyone, no matter what he had going on. A selfless and thoughtful person, who always put others first. I want nothing more than to give Cookie the Homegoing he deserves. Myself as well as our family appreciates whatever you are able to give wholeheartedly. I also want to thank all you all who have called, sent condolences and shared stories. That means the world to us. Thank you all for the love and support, in advance.
