Shamara Young, a beautiful and joyful young soul was taken from this world at just 15 years of age. On the evening of Wednesday, October 6, her uncle was bringing her home from a hair appointment, and she was killed in a senseless act of road rage. Her mother, grandmother, uncle, two younger brothers, and entire family miss her dearly.

Her community and circle of friends run deep as she was loved fiercely by everyone who had the chance to meet her (including her friends, classmates, and all the teachers and staff at her middle school United for Success Academy and Fremont High School, where she was a junior.)
