Celebrate Robert Reed's Life: Help with Funeral Costs

My name is Cameron, and I’m Robert Reed’s stepson—but more than that, I was proud to call him my father. He was a father figure not just to me, but to his children Janee, Jessica, and Robin, and to his many grandchildren, all of whom are devastated by his passing.

On the evening of July 17th, 2025, at 5:32 PM, Robert passed away peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by love and the people who meant the most to him. There was no pain, no fear—just peace. That was Robert’s way. He lived life on his own terms, and he left it the same way: proud, strong, and full of love.

Robert spent his life working hard and teaching us all what it means to truly stick together as a family. He was a firm believer in loyalty, unity, and making your own way in the world—even when it wasn’t easy. He taught us to be bold, to support each other, and to live with intention and heart.

He had a lifelong passion for music, old-school cars, basketball, fashion, and standing up for what’s right. When he was young, everyone called him “The White Shadow” on the court—he had a wicked three-pointer and an uncanny ability to read the game. But more than his skill, what people remember most was his selflessness. He always knew when to pass the ball, when to lift someone else up. That generosity followed him off the court and into every part of his life: as a father, a friend, and a man.

We, his family, are now facing the incredibly difficult task of saying goodbye. We are reaching out to our community, to those who knew Robert or were touched by his kindness, humor, and big-hearted presence, to help us provide the memorial services he deserves.

Anything you can give—big or small—would mean the world to us. Every contribution will go directly toward covering funeral costs and final arrangements. We are deeply grateful for your support during this heartbreaking time.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us honor the memory of a man who gave us so much.

With love,
Cameron, Janee, Jessica, Robin, and the entire Reed family
