Rita Christina Payne, my loving, kind, and creative sister, passed away unexpectantly from total kidney failure on 10 Oct 2025 and we need help paying for her burial. Let me tell you about her: my sister was an inspiration. Many days I came home, the music was blaring and the tambourine was going...dancing by herself. Her voice was so beautiful; she was the runner up for Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music. A waitress, seamstress and the most creative gal, she dressed up for every holiday to entertain her customers. She has two sons in the 1970's: Jerry & Chris Edwards. She married Bob Payne in 1994 and they moved to Kern River Valley in the 2004. She will be dearly missed by many in the Kern River Valley Community. All of her friends and meant so much to her and she loved the time she shared with you. Thank you for loving my Sister! She is a special angel that has touched so many hearts and lives ❤
