Celebrate Mrs. Castaneda's 34 Years of Dedication
Donation protected
Dear friends, families, and kind-hearted supporters,
We are starting a GoFundMe campaign to surprise our beloved teacher, Mrs. Castaneda, on her last day of teaching this Friday. After 34 years of selfless service to students, she has made the difficult decision to retire due to ongoing health challenges. Despite these struggles, Mrs. Castaneda has always put her students first, and now it's time for us to return the love and support she has given so generously throughout her career.
Over the past 14 months, Mrs. Castaneda has faced significant health issues—two surgeries, a broken wrist, and struggles with balance that require her to use a walker to move around campus. Through it all, she has never wavered in her dedication to her students, even teaching in the face of great personal discomfort. But as she shared in her heartfelt letter, the time has come for her to step away so that she can focus on her health.
Mrs. Castaneda has always gone above and beyond to ensure that her students receive the best education possible. Her heart and soul have been devoted to shaping young minds and nurturing the next generation. Her decision to retire was not made lightly, and it comes with the painful realization that, despite her incredible strength, she can no longer be the teacher she wants to be for her students.
This GoFundMe campaign is our chance to show her how much she means to us. We are raising funds to provide her with a gift that expresses our deep gratitude for her years of dedication, love, and sacrifice. All donations will go toward a retirement gift, as well as any financial support she may need as she transitions into this next chapter of her life.
Our goal is to surprise Mrs. Castaneda with this outpouring of love and support on her final day, Friday. Let’s come together as a community to show her just how much she’s appreciated, and to let her know that her legacy as a teacher will never be forgotten.
We know that Mrs. Castaneda has touched the hearts of so many students and families over the years, and we hope you will join us in making her final day in the classroom as special as possible.
Thank you for your generosity and for helping us honor this extraordinary woman.
With gratitude,
