It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we have to share the unexpected passing of my beloved mom, Mildred “Mille” Arnold. She passed away tragically on Monday, October 14th, 2024, at the hands of someone who hit her with their car and left the scene of the accident leaving my mom there alone and severely injured. Mildreds strength and loving heart was unmatched even during the traumatic events she endured. While she lay on the road in critical condition, she was helping the medical professionals. She was able to help properly ID the car so that law enforcement was able to apprehend my mom’s killer within 45 minutes.

Mildred was dearly loved, she was a mother, grandma, mother-in law, and friend to many. She would light up a room with her beautiful smile and then get shy when too much attention was upon her. Mildred was very caring and giving with whatever she had. She was funny and stubborn and wildly determined, but she always made sure you knew you were loved.

With all the emotional pain and stress that the death of a loved one brings, we would like to turn this horrific tragedy into a positive reflection of her life

to raise money in Mildreds name. We would like to give back to the many charities and her church that she was so passionate about helping and in return helped her along the way.

It is in times of sadness and loss that people can come together to help one another make it through. Any charitable contribution you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
