Celebrate Melvin Doria's Life and Legacy

Our hearts are heavy as we remember and celebrate the life of a man who meant so much to us. Our dad, Melvin Gerald Doria, at just 59 years old, was unexpectedly called home to be with our Lord on March 9, 2025, due to an aortic aneurysm. Though his time with us was far too short, his impact will last a lifetime.

Dad had a deep love for the open road, and his Harley was his pride and joy. There was something about the rumble of the engine and the freedom of the ride that made him feel alive. But as much as he loved his bike, nothing in this world compared to the love he had for his grandchildren. They were his greatest joy, and he worked tirelessly to make sure he could spend time with them. No matter how hard the week had been, he always found a way to set aside extra money so he could take them out on his days off—whether it was for a fun adventure, a special treat, or simply a day filled with love and laughter.

He was a hard worker, dedicated not only to providing for his family but to creating beautiful memories with those he cherished most. Despite his age, he remained young at heart, always ready to crack a joke, share a story, or hop on his Harley for one more ride. His spirit was full of energy, warmth, and kindness, and he touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

The loss of Dad leaves a void that can never be filled, but we find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, riding along heavenly roads with the wind at his back. We will miss him every day, but his love, laughter, and the beautiful moments he shared with us will remain in our hearts forever.
