Celebrate Matt Phillips’s Life and Seek Justice

On January 19th, our family suffered an unimaginable tragedy. Matt was taken from us too soon when he was fatally shot by Pasco Police. We are devastated and need answers. We are asking for your support; this will help in two critical areas.
