My family is facing one of the hardest moments of our lives. We recently lost our beloved mother— Leslie Davenport a woman whose love, strength, and kindness touched everyone she met. Leslie 66 passed away peacefully on August 6th 2025. We want to honor her wishes which were to be cremated and have a celebration of life memorial so all the people she came to know and love throughout her 66 years as a life long Bristol resident do not mourn her passing but instead congregate together to share stories, laughs and celebrate her life and the wonderful ways she touched so many peoples lives. If there's one thing I'm certain of its that my mother never met a stranger! However unfortunately the high costs of everything nowadays combined with my mother never really having much financially since my fathers passing other than just enough to cover her basic needs has truly left us struggling to honor her final wishes. This is what has led us here. With the greatest hope that any one of you that knew and cared for Leslie at one point or another throughout her life might please find it in your hearts to pay it forward and help my family and I with whatever financial contribution you feel comfortable with to help us to give her a final farewell worthy of the beautiful life she lived. Most of all to fulfill my mother's final wishes and all come together to give her the goodbye send off she absolutely deserves. Every little bit helps. No amount is too small, every contribution will bring us closer to laying her to rest with dignity and love. I look forward to hopefully being able to thank each and every one of you all personally at what God willing, will be the most love filled celebration of the life of Leslie Davenport...mother....grandmother....friend...now guardian angel to us all.
