It saddens me to announce that my mother has passed. Kiouku Carter was a courageous, unyielding spirit and strong leader, but most of all she was my mother. I am disheartened to tell the world my mother has passed and during her battle with Cancer. Although she lost this battle, she has won the war of life and is in Heaven with our Father. Her final request is that she would be laid to rest in New York City in the comforting settings of her friends and family. As her son, I am kindly asking for any assistance and all donations for her final arrangements. Thankyou for all contributions!
