On 10/31/2025, at 11:50 P.M., my mom peacefully passed from this realm unto the next after ten months battling stage four lung cancer.

Karen Kay Lindsey passes the torch to her devoted husband, William Lindsey, and her three daughters: Melody, Lex, and Bre. Her whole life was spent in service of others, protecting and caring for her family, and embracing life’s adventures with love, whimsy, and kindness.

All donations, no matter how big or small, are appreciated and will be used for funeral expenses. We aim to have the service on November 15th at Spring Grove Funeral Home (7830 Hamilton Ave, Mt Healthy, OH 45231). The time of service will be from 11-1 with procession to Spring Grove Cemetery.

To everyone reading, whether you donate or not, thank you. Thank you for being in Karen’s life, supporting her through chemo, making her laugh, holding her hand, and showing her kindness. My mother had the fantastic ability to manifest what she wanted in her life, and I see that most in the people that loved her: the most loving, devoted husband; her silly, goofy children that always made her laugh; the most loving, kind friendships; an extraordinary career in social care, being a second mother to children whose lives were changed by knowing her; and being surrounded by her favorite people on her favorite day, Halloween, before she passed.

Please know that as you hold our hands, we hold yours. And thank you for helping us celebrate her life!
