As most of you know, Joey D passed away on January 4th, 2025. I want to thank everyone who has reached out to offer condolences. The love and support has kept me going! I have been struggling a lot since losing Joey. He was my life partner and most importantly, my best friend for the past 18 years and it has been hard and overwhelming trying to navigate my life without him. So I am very sorry that it has taken so long to reach out!

Joey was a kind, loving soul who cherished his friends and family more than anything. He always made those around him feel loved and valued. So I want to get everyone who loved him together to celebrate his life and give Joe the proper send off to Heaven!

Joey's wish was to be cremated and have his remains buried next to his son, while the rest be spread around the places he loved most. I want to be able to honor him in the way he would have wanted. I would also like to have a Celebration of Life after the services, where everyone can come together to celebrate his life and, of course, party the way Joey would have loved. Anyone who knew Joey knows he loved a good party!

Any help, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. Your generosity will go towards making sure Joey is sent off to heaven the way he truly deserves, as well as making his celebration a memorable one. Thank you for being here for us in this time of need.
