Celebrate John Johnson's Life and Legacy

Hello, my name is Kasey Sadek, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support as I raise funds for my dad, John Johnson’s Celebration of Life Service, in honor of my mom, Shelly.

John passed away on November 15th, 2024, after bravely battling Multiple Systems Atrophy - Cerebellar (MSA-C) for seven years. MSA is a rare and devastating neurodegenerative disease that affects the cerebellum and deeply impacted his health over time. Even in the face of such a challenging diagnosis, my dad showed immense courage, love, and strength every single day.

This GoFundMe is intended to help cover the costs of his Celebration of Life service, including travel expenses for my mom Shelly, so she is able to fly from Tennessee to Florida to attend and be part of this special tribute. Your donations will go directly toward ensuring we can honor John in the meaningful way he deserves, a man who deeply touched the lives of so many and is missed beyond words.
