Celebrate Jeffrey’s Life & His Family

Jeffrey Michael Snyder, 34, of Ludlow, Vermont passed away on August 15th, 2021, unexpectedly, due to health complications.

Jeffrey is a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved a good argument and any opportunity to charm you with his wonderful smile and quick wit. Jeffrey filled every room he entered with his boisterous personality, and he loved fiercely. We are devastated by his loss - and though he may be gone, we think of him always.

Jeffrey’s strength continues on within his two children: Elianna Ella Marie Snyder, 13, and Noah Michael Snyder, 12. His story of overcoming darkness serves as a reminder that nothing is impossible. He was an incredible father who would do anything and everything for his children. We smile as we picture Jeffrey patiently waiting in heaven for his beautiful wife of 18 years, Kathleen, and he forever remains within her heart.

The world lost an incredible man and heaven gained an angel. There’s really no way to say goodbye to such a loving man. As the days go by, we hold dear the blessings you've given. Jeffrey we know you are holding the hands of your dad and big brother - tell them mom says hi and cherishes you three dearly.

A private service will follow September 5, 2021. This will be a celebration of his life for close family and friends. Please reach out if you will like to attend.

This fundraiser is created for donations to Jeffrey’s children and wife. Any donation helps and is greatly appreciated.

Life looks a lot different without Jeffrey but with him as our guardian angel, we will lean into the strength he imparted and get through this hard time together.

Thank you for the many laughs and good times, Jeffrey. Try not to get into too much trouble up there - though with Big Jeff and you, God has gained two lively souls and I am sure will join the party.
