Janet Emrich — beloved mother to Darrell, Billy (deceased), Amanda, and Arthur, grandmother to sixteen grandchildren whom all miss her terribly, and all those unrelated to her by blood but were like children to her nonetheless as she was considered their second mother — died on June 15, 2025 after a sudden and unexpected medical complication.

Janet, known for her love of animals, truly welcomed everyone into her home with open arms and a gracious hand. No one left her home on an empty stomach; no one entered a conversation with her without bursting into laughter; most importantly, no one left her presence feeling unloved or uncared for.

On a fixed income, Janet was unable to put forth funds toward life insurance, and did not leave behind any money for funeral arrangements. Those left behind by this tragedy are unequipped to meet this massive financial burden at this time. Any monetary contributions donated toward celebrating the vibrant and beautiful soul that was Janet would be graciously appreciated.
