In Loving Memory of James Yamamoto, the best to ever do it!

We’re heartbroken to share that we lost our beloved James far too soon. He leaves behind his three children, his mother, and a family who loved him deeply.

Anyone who knew him has a story that will make you laugh. He was creative and full of life—whether he was free-styling raps, making his own clothes and taking pictures, or whipping up the best meals with just a few ingredients. He had the biggest heart, always checking in on others and caring about how everyone was doing. He was always encouraging everyone to look at things more positively and always followed God even though he himself was struggling/homeless, he always had a smile on his face despite his challenges. He wasn’t just an amazing uncle, but also a loving son, father, brother, nephew, and friend. Everyone misses and loves him so much, this is the worst thing we could have imagined happening.

While there is still an ongoing investigation into the circumstances of his passing, our focus right now is honoring his memory and giving him the farewell he deserves. He was left to overdose on his own, while others were around and watched as he died. They lied about the circumstances, and are continuing to lie to detectives.

We are raising funds to help with cremation and memorial expenses, and to relieve the financial burden from his mother during this painful time.
