Celebrate Jacob's Achievement Together

Hi my name is Julie and I am the proud mom of Jacob who graduated this year. Jacob has Autism and school was a real struggle but he made it and I am very proud of him. We are having a graduation party on July 26th but funds have been limited.. Would really like to have him get a awesome graduation party.
