Jackie Ray Milam 'Jack' age 68 of Sophia, WV was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 7th, 2024 following a long illness. Jack was a proud US Air Force Veteran, a patriot, and was a devout Christian man. He enjoyed NASCAR, westerns, and always cheered for his beloved WVU Mountaineers whether win or loss. A celebration of Jack's life with full military honors will take place on Tuesday August 13, 2024 at Melton Mortuary with Pastor Paul Chapman officiating at 3:00pm. The family will accept visitors beginning at 1:00pm.

Although Jack battled much illness, his passing was unexpected and does cause a hardship. All proceeds will go to his wife Barbara to help pay for the funeral. We thank and appreciate you all in advance for your kindness.
